We operate a continuous rapid response service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our aim is to be opening or repairing your door within 60 minutes of receiving your call, irrespective of where you are located.

We cover Manchester and Lancashire.

Our aim is to charge fair prices and on the rare occasion when the time exceeds 1 hour, subsequent hours are charged at a lower rate.

There is a sliding scale of fee rates depending on time and which day. The price has to be slightly adjusted to take into account the distance travelled to the customer.

Our charges can be less than half the cost of national call centres

Full pre-agreed price lists can be supplied to bailiffs, landlords, housing associations, builders, estate agents etc.

We always use non-destructive opening techniques whenever possible.

We carry a wide selection of high grade locks, handles and accessories and we usually immediately meet our customers’ full expectations. Normally special non-standard locks or hardware can be obtained and installed within 24 hours.

Undertake insurance repair or replacement work conforming to BS 3621.

All work fully insured and guaranteed subject to lock failure in normal use.
